By using OrbitXE products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

OrbitXE is a desktop application that allows users to control their computer from a mobile device. The service is provided by WOOSYSTEMS.

OrbitXE Desktop App - Available for macOS (Windows coming soon). Provides system-wide remote control via your local WiFi network.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OrbitXE only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT:

• Use the service to access computers or devices without authorization
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
• Use the service for any illegal activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful content
• Share your session QR code or room ID with unauthorized parties

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your devices and session connections
• Ensuring only authorized users scan your QR code
• All actions taken through your OrbitXE session
• Complying with the terms of service of websites and applications you access
• Granting necessary system permissions for the Desktop App (Accessibility, Input Monitoring)
• Ensuring your devices are on the same secure WiFi network (Desktop App)

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of OrbitXE is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collect only minimal data necessary to provide the service.

5. Intellectual Property

OrbitXE and all related software, designs, and content are the property of WOOSYSTEMS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without written permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems
• Continued availability of any features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ORBITXE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• SECURITY OR RELIABILITY

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOOSYSTEMS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the service

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOOSYSTEMS from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to OrbitXE at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
