WOOSYSTEMS ("we", "our", or "us") operates OrbitXE. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Desktop App for macOS (Windows coming soon).

1. Information We Collect

OrbitXE is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

• Session Data: Temporary connection IDs generated to connect your phone to your computer. These are randomly generated and not linked to any personal information.
• Active App Name: The name of the currently active application is detected locally to provide context-aware controls. This information stays on your local network.
• Account Information: If you sign in with Google for Pro features, we store your email address and subscription status.
• Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve our service.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• Personal identification information (name, email, address)
• Browsing history or content of web pages
• Passwords or form data
• Cookies or tracking identifiers
• Location data
• Screen content or recordings
• Keystrokes or input data (commands are processed locally)

3. How We Use Information

The limited information we process is used exclusively to:

• Establish and maintain the connection between your phone and browser
• Transmit control commands (mouse movements, keyboard input, etc.)
• Display tab information on your phone remote

4. Data Transmission and Security

All data transmitted between your devices passes through our secure WebSocket servers using encrypted connections (WSS/HTTPS). Control commands and tab information are transmitted in real-time and are NOT stored or logged on our servers.

5. Data Retention

Session data is temporary and is automatically deleted when you disconnect or close your browser. We do not maintain any persistent records of your sessions or activities.

6. Third-Party Services

OrbitXE uses the following third-party services:

• Railway: For hosting our server infrastructure
• Google Sign-In: For authentication (Pro features)
• Stripe: For payment processing

These services have their own privacy policies that govern their data practices.

7. Your Rights

You can stop using OrbitXE at any time by:

• Closing the remote control page on your phone
• Clicking "New Session" to end the current connection
• Uninstalling the Desktop App

If you have a Pro subscription, you can manage or cancel it through the app settings.

8. Children's Privacy

OrbitXE is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

OrbitXE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to your devices resulting from your own security practices
• Content of websites you access using OrbitXE
• Actions taken on websites through the remote control functionality

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOOSYSTEMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
